Students will demonstrate the use of possessive nouns in reading and writing and command of the conventions of grammar and usage when reading, writing, and speaking. This lesson plan takes 2 to 3 class periods with a short review of the concept afterwards. Students should already have an understanding of singular and plural nouns and be able to identify them in sentences.
