Just Passing Through!

Students will learn about migratory flyways and investigate one bird species found on the Mississippi Flyway. They can present their findings by assuming the role of the bird as they write migration entries, or label a map of the bird’s migration pattern and provide a brief description of what happens at each location. The lesson plan will take one to two hours of class time to complete, plus homework.
